You know I put up all these titles for my posts, but really my only goal is to make sure that no title is the same as another. Thus I have all these weird post titles that no one would ever get. Ah well.
SO. I came back from Hawaii. It was a nice trip. Put things into perspective for me. A lot of things into perspective. I will have to dwell on these perspective view changes.
But it was a nice trip. I'm not going to upload pics up on here because I'm incredibly lazy. But I will detail my trip. In detail.
I stayed up alllll night long on Tuesday because, as we all know, I can never get up. And I packed and stuff. Got to the airport, got onto my flight without incident, flew over without incident, got stuck in the plane because of an incident...lol. I took a taxi to my Uncle's place, crashed and fell asleep for a good 6 hours or so, had dinner, went shopping at Longs, went to Coldstone's for some ice cream, settled in, all that good stuff.
WEDNESDAY - I stayed home. Again. It was my cousin's graduation but I wasn't allowed to go. Only parents. =( I just chilled at their place for awhile. Eden called me up and Chawn and her picked me up and we chilled at Chawn's place. It was nice. I got to talk to Ziggy on the phone. =O We didn't really do much. It was Eden's first time driving stick. It was a bit bumpy but she performed marvelously, I think. For her first time, that is. Chawn's mom was nice. I guess that's all I really have to say about that night.
THURSDAY - Woke up, got ready. Took the #3 bus down to Piikoi St. and walked over to SAFEWAY. Yes, Safeway. Go figure, ey? I saw Cathreen running around the store. She didn't notice me but eventually we got together and it was all gee. Had lunch at Zippy's, which no one who reads this blog save for one person knows what it's really like to eat at Zippy's. At least, I don't think anyone else knows. Then we went to the homeless park and talked for a good long several hours. It was nice catching up on everything. Then Ken and his mother picked me up from the park and we went to the LAN.
THURSDAY NIGHT - So there was a LAN party at Ken's house, although I don't know if we could really call it a LAN party because it wasn't much of a LAN party. I didn't bring my computer after all, and no one played any video games or anything. There wasn't much to be done. I watched some House with Eden. It was a good show. And we commented about other people. And that was pretty much it. There were some people there who were doing things that shouldn't have been done, but eh. Then there was that whole incident with Eden driving so we could get some drinks and two cars nearly hitting us. Heh. Yeah, I slept over too. 4 hours woo!
FRIDAY - So on Friday I woke up, helped clean up the house a bit. Then Kierstin stopped by and picked Eden and I up to go SHOPPING! YAY. We had this plan where we would buy Eden a rabbit, so we stopped by the Mililani Town Center pet shop to find a rabbit. And they had this huuuuge sign that said "RABBITS NOT FOR SALE" so we were like crap. Ran over to Napoleon Bakery to grab a cake but Eden didn't like cakes. So we ran to Longs to grab candles and matches. But we didn't get any matches because they sold them in like these huge 20 packs and I was like wow I don't need 50 million matches so I bought a lighter instead. Then we went to Ward shopping center because there was a pet store and Kierstin and I ran around the store looking for bunny cages and bunny food and the like, because we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. We finally settled on a cage, and some food, and a water bottle, and most importantly, a rabbit! Ha ha. She named it Cream. And I did some more shopping, clothes and the like. And then I went back to my Uncle's place.
FRIDAY NIGHT - We went to Maple Garden, which was this chinese restaurant I used to go to all the time. They had new management and stuff so we decided to try it out. It was pretty good. Typical above average chinese food, methinks. It was nice. Went shopping at the Navy exchange right after, which was an interesting turn of pace. Yeah.
SATURDAY - I went back to Ala Moana for more shopping, because I needed to buy more things, obviously! And then there was Eden and Kierstin's graduation, which was very nice. Such a happy event. And that was my Saturday.
SUNDAY - Time to leave. More shopping, for candy and the like. Not much else to say. Aha. And I left.
Yeah, could you tell I got lazier as the post went on? Heh. As for different perspectives on things...well. I just wish things were a little different, and a little easier. But it's not, and they're not, and well. I'll just have to work things out, somehow, some way. But if only things were easier.
